I've worked for Life Investments since its creation in 2004. In my original role as a Mortgage Progress Manager, I gained an intricate knowledge of the property sales and mortgage process, along with an in-depth understanding of financial requirements, client affordability and referencing.
Now as Residential Lettings Manager, I oversee all aspects of the lettings department at Life Investments. Customer satisfaction is my top priority, and I go to great lengths to ensure all my clients, tenants and landlords receive a best-in-class service.
